Most agency proposals start with a free diagnosis that takes a week and ends with a five-figure quote. Here we do the opposite: we charge a small amount for the diagnosis, deliver it quickly, and tell you exactly what to fix - even if we are not the ones fixing it.
The report arrives by email within 48 working hours. It is six to eight pages, written in plain English. Each finding comes with a screenshot, a short explanation of why it matters, and a concrete recommendation - fix today, fix this month, or ignore for now. At the end there is a 20-minute call by WhatsApp or Zoom to answer questions. There is no automatic upsell: if you choose to keep working with us, the audit fee is credited against the first project.
What we look at
1. Your site. Real-world speed on 3G and Wi-Fi, accessibility, technical SEO, clarity of message, the booking or purchase path. 2. Your Google. Profile completeness, photos, hours, review trend, owner replies. 3. Your social. Real cadence (not promises), what kind of content actually performs, response times to messages, visual coherence with the site. 4. One competitor. The closest one that matters to you - how they compare on all three of the above. No malice, no flattery, just the picture.
Why this, and not the free version
The automatic audit on the home page is useful - you run it, read it in 90 seconds, and get a general sense. But it is one moment without context. The written version is reviewed by us: we see what the machine misses (the tone, the hero photo that does not load, the four-month-old one-star review with no reply, the menu that is out of date on Rappi). And the action list is prioritized for your business, not for an average. If your budget is limited, you know exactly where to start.
