Terms.
General terms for Rainey Laguna services. Each project also has a signed proposal which takes precedence over what's written here.
Services
Web design and development, visual identity, audits, and the Sereno competitive intelligence service. Specifics, pricing and timelines live in each client's signed proposal.
Payment
- Web projects: 50% on start, 50% on delivery.
- Sereno (monthly subscription): recurring monthly billing.
- Audits: full payment on order.
- Invoices in Peruvian soles (PEN). We accept transfer, Yape, Plin and card.
Monthly subscriptions
Vitrina, Care, Sereno, Marea and Data Sagas are monthly subscriptions with no annual contract. You can cancel with the notice stated on each service (Sereno: 7 days; the rest: one month). There is no penalty for cancelling, and whatever we have delivered is yours.
Delivery timeframes
The timeframes we advertise — the written audit in 48 working hours and Demolicion in 24 working hours — run in working days (Lima time) from when we receive access and the material we need. Demolicion includes one round of corrections within 72 hours of launch. We reply to queries the same working day.
Intellectual property
On final payment you own the design and code we deliver. We retain rights over libraries, frameworks and internal tooling we reuse across projects.
Instant audit
The free online audit is an automated tool. It does not replace a manual audit. Findings are informational and provided “as is”, with no explicit warranty as to completeness.
Sereno
Sereno reports are based on public information (social media, websites, press). We do our best to make them accurate but don't guarantee total coverage. You can cancel your subscription with 7 days' notice.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lima.
If anything is unclear, before signing — ask us. We'd rather talk than litigate.
