A website is a building. Care is the doorman, the maintenance technician, and the one who changes the menu poster when needed. The difference between Care and a regular hosting service is that here someone is always watching - and at the end of each month they tell you about it.

Most restaurant websites in Lima age badly for one reason: nobody looks after them after launch. The menu goes out of date for months, the hours are a lie, the photos are still the launch-day ones. Care exists so this does not happen. Each month includes up to 3 content updates (menu, hours, photos, news), 24/7 uptime monitoring, daily backups, security patches, and a monthly check-in on how the site is doing on Google.

What happens each month

Day 1: automated check of uptime, security, and speed. Day 5: review of the Google Business Profile - new photos, pending review replies, holiday hours. Any day: you message us on WhatsApp with a change ("the causa is now S/ 32") and it lands within 24h. End of month: short report with traffic, ranking, next actions.

Questions

What if I need more than 3 changes a month?

Anything beyond is charged at S/ 60 each, or you can move up to the extended plan at S/ 500/month with unlimited changes. Most clients with a well-designed site do not exceed 3.

Do you only care for sites you built?

Preferentially yes, because we know their architecture and that keeps the cost predictable. For third-party sites we first do a S/ 350 audit and, if the foundation is reasonable, we can take over care.

Do you also handle organic Instagram content?

Not by default. Care handles handles, bio, links, and replies to service DMs. For organic content production we recommend a specific person in Lima we know, or it is done by your in-house team using templates that come with Marca. What we do trigger is weather-driven campaigns via Garua.
