Most businesses in Lima don't lose sales for lack of customers — they lose them in the gaps between their tools. The WhatsApp order nobody answered. The reservation with no reminder that became an empty table. The receipt issued by hand three days late. Every gap is money leaking out unseen. Enlace connects those pieces so they stop dripping.
The Peru stack
Global tools like Zapier don't speak Peru well. Enlace does: SUNAT e-invoicing — we connect your site, cart, or point of sale to your provider (OSE/PSE) so boletas and facturas issue themselves at checkout. Peruvian payments — Yape, Plin, Niubiz, Izipay, Culqi. Reservations — OpenTable, Mesa247, ResHero. Delivery — menu synced with Rappi and PedidosYa. WhatsApp — automatic orders and confirmations. The integrations that actually matter here, done right.
Smart, but priced in soles
AI is useful, but it bills in dollars and by usage — which rightly scares any owner in Lima. So Enlace works the other way around: automations are rule-based (free to run) by default, and we only add AI where it pays for itself, in a controlled way — at setup or in batches, never a meter running on every message. The price is fixed and in soles. No surprise dollar invoice.
How we charge
We charge per integration — not by the hour, not as another subscription. A standard integration (a payment, a reservation, WhatsApp, a calendar) starts at $260. A custom one (full SUNAT invoicing, two-way sync, an assistant) from $650. Three together, $650. Maintenance — because APIs change — lives in Care, which also reports each month which leak got closed.
