01 · Context
80+ Coffee & Tea has two locations in San Borja and a regular customer base that includes expats, university students, and the district's technical offices. The menu — specialty coffee plus a genuine tea selection, rare in Lima — justifies premium pricing. What it didn't justify was organic traffic: the previous site was in English, the menu was a JPG image, and Google Business Profile pointed at an outdated address.
We were hired specifically for the local-SEO leg. Identity and product were already solved.
02 · Approach
Local-presence audit before site audit. Fixed citations on OpenStreetMap, Waze, and the three Lima business directories Google queries. Google Business Profile rebuilt with real hours, fresh photos monthly, and replies to reviews in both languages customers write in.
The new site is bilingual from first render (not a footer translator), the menu is plain HTML — not an image — and each tea variety has its own page with tasting notes. That last item sounds like editorial luxury; it is really the SEO play: four dozen niche pages with real content rank for "té pu-erh Lima" better than one well-written home page.
Short editorial blog: one post a month, 400 words, about a coffee origin or a tea. Signed by whoever did the cupping. No keyword stuffing.
